goods转化成为本地生产，也就是说，3100转化为7900或7920；关税怎样在成本中核算，可能含有关税物料怎样在仓库中管理和在工单中的发料；
对于PP模块，根据销售合同转化成为销售订单，销售订单转换成生产订单，生产订单在实际业务中的运作，确定其成本收集的方式（成本收集器、生产订单还是销售订单），结合大型工厂的一些情况，熟悉PE、IE、PMC、Production等部门的业务操作和相关的一些技术，参加设计一些生产工艺流程，例如: 对于前面生产相同的WIP的物料，经过后续加工成为不同产品的工单的建立，如何收发物料等，返工对PE和IE等部门及SAP核算过程中的影响和BOM和工单中的报废率等；
对于MM模块，海外料和本土料的设置，移动类型的变化，供应商提供免费料的控制，OEM内部单价的定价政策，三角贸易，生产制造中客供料免费工厂的设置，存货的管理，呆滞料的分析，处理盘点的差异，避免仓库过多使用样品的免费入库等；结合QM模块，对质量检查的各个环节及其仓位的设计，制定合理的物流流程；对不同供应商物料采购的控制，从而制定ERS；
对于SD模块，建立sales BOM,销售渠道的分配与设置，出货的方式与周期的配置；结合财务的实际流程，对L/C,T/T,O/A等的信用期的设定；退货的实际处理；寄售商品的控制等；
对于FI模块，结合实际情况，购买Trading Goods和Raw Materials AP的不同账务处理，现金管理在SAP中的实现，AR不同信用期及怎样进行催款等，固定资产的管理及其盘点，税收在SAP和税控系统的连接（主要是免抵退，增值税，所得税）等，不可抵增值税的税务筹划，GI/IR产生的来源，汇率对财务月结年结的影响；
对于CO模块，设计各种物料的计价方式，设计成本中心之间费用的分配原则，在月终计算 WIP,Variance,检查工单是否应关闭， Costing Run容易出现的问题及其解决方案，在FI月结后，做实际成本后台设计方案及配置，解决运作实际成本的过程遇到的由于SAP系统本身产生的错误（Single-level和Mutil－level）和设计COPA的参数，对成本控制有自己的见解，如怎样制定标准成本，怎样围绕标准成本来控制实际成本和修正标准成本；
对于SAP系统，在Query AS测试平台，测试离散型重复制造的实际业务，Make-to-order、Make-to-Engineer或Make-to-Assembly，从而找到最优的处理方法；BOM的不同状态及BOM中与成本是否相关的物料，尤其是客供料,我方供料给客户的工单的处理和成本的收集；

Work Experience
1. Cooperated with IBM consultant Company in Apr 2002 in Eastern Asia (Hui Yang) Technology Group, designed the blueprint, organization structure, cost center, profit center, work center and group; and taking charge of anything FI/CO module Go-Life;
2. For PP module, according to sales contract transfer to sales order, sales order transfer to product order, confirm the cost collection type(cost collector, product order or sales order), discussed with the department of IE, PE, PMC, Production, and designed the flowchart; set the dummy material number in multi-BOM and routing; confirmed the cost calculation mode, such as setup time, overhead fixed and overhead variable; the scrap ratio of BOM and production order, how to calculate cost with reworked production order, free-materials in plant and how to issue and receive, and it’s location。
3. For MM module, set those materials come from oversea and local and movement type, such as goods return by customer; managed the stock, analysis of dead stock and the variance of inventory, how to avoid the use of non-valuation materials; set the third-party trading and the internal sales price, that is to say, how much we should make the price to sales company; exam the vendor, and set ERS;
4. For SD module, build the sales BOM, for example, we will sale two and three type goods together, what we shall do; set the channel in distribution and mode of shipment and how to minish the cycle；refer to the finance regulation, set credit term of L/C,T/T,O/A; control the goods return and congiment goods;
5. For FI module, according to the actuality and design the disposal with trading goods and raw material in AP accounting, the credit time in AR and how to stopping the goods issue when overdue; how to manage the fixed asset; set the tax ratio in the background；cash management in SAP ,original source of GR/IR, exchange ratio for FI month end and non-VAT;
6. For CO module, design the mode of material’s price, how to solve the problem, of month end in calculating WIP, costing run; after the FI finishing, how to calculate the actual cost and implement in background, parameter of COPA,COPC and COOM, and so on；For cost control, I have a little experience of how to make out the standard price, how to control the actual cost according the standard price and how to revise the standard price with development；
7. Study the discrete repeated manufacturing, such as Make-to-order、Make-to-Engineer and Make-to-Assembly, according to the actual producing, we should select the best mode to the cost calculation.
